This happened to me for years and I had no idea how to fix it, on more delicate clothes you do not want to use harsh chemicals, so what's a girl to use? The answer can be so obvious you'll kick yourself.
Make up remover!
Yup, the same stuff you use on your face. Please please please just make sure you test it in an inconspicuous place on your garment first, leave it over night, then if it hasn't had any ill effects, go for your life on your stain. Don't overdo it though, you don't want to waste the stuff!
Note: Don't use those make up removing oils either. They'll be the next problem to remove.
